One of today’s inspections had me feeling nostalgic. This house left completely untouched for almost 20 years. The son lived out of state and kept power AC on and everything untouched. The last day his parents were alive is exactly as it is now. Life is precious.

Impact windows will reduce your home owners insurance - However, NEW windows do not mean they are impact.

Check out this video on Impact window testing. If you're not confident your windows will hold up to this - they are NOT IMPACT rated.

One easy way to tell is the sticker or the laser etching usually in the corner very small.
