New inspection being offered. It's called the showing package. For $200 a house we will accompany you to your showing, with your realtor, and tell you exactly why that house is stupid to buy. This eliminates bad home inspections because you will already know it's a bad house and not put an offer in. This will help you save money for that perfect house. The showing package is available now and it's a minimum 5 houses.

So in business everyone talks about competitors and how to beat them. Well I've made some awesome friends in the inspection business. One I want to kind of brag about is my buddy Shawn Mizell of Mizell Home Inspection LLC . Last week he became a Certified Master Inspector through InterNACHI. This is no easy feat, he had to apply and be accepted after doing home inspections for so many years and doing over 1000 inspections. I'm so proud of Shawn and his business and what he's accomplished. Great job "competitor" keep doing awesome!

Welcome back to another exciting posting with Mako!

If you are buying a house don't ask your realtor who they recommend for a home inspection, ask them who they would use for their house. Too many realtors are not using quality inspectors, for their clients, because some inspectors are too through. When you buy a house it is the single largest purchase, unless you're a gazillionaire and buy million dollar cars, that you will make. Don't go with an inspector just because they were the cheapest. Not telling to over pay but talk to the inspector first before you don't go with someone who is not the cheapest.
