If we could put a week in a bottle and save it will, this would be the one! Congratulations to Ashley, Dave, Ezra, and Eisley as they welcome their brand, new baby brother Ezekiel to the world! Amy and Michael have been busting ass, literally, with over $2 million under contract. Apparently this team does nothing else but work.😂 and our Emily Barr celebrated her son’s 18th birthday and graduation from Hernando High high school this week, all while balancing Appraisals inspections and the closing! Erica took a rookie one and a rookie two win in Tennessee to advance herself to the semifinals of the run for a million. That win certainly doesn’t outshine her beautiful new listing at 22201 Wise Rd., Hayman Road going under contract, and Erica and Dave’s listing in Connerton pending! Did you see that correctly? Yes we added a new teammate to the family and he guesses who that could be? We all extend a massive, thank you to the customers and families that trust us and cheer us on! Weekly recap!! What a week!! Amy and and Michael absolutely crushing it serving multiple buyers in citrus County, a fantastic double sided closing on Regina Avenue, and an excellent open house on Christopher Lane! Emily took her kids to see Zach Bryan, had a very special closing on Southern Valley Loop, and after two days on the market closed on Croom Road. Less than 24 hours on the market Erica got Tarbel Road. Under contract for some very special sellers and very special buyers also under contract a fantastic home on Mt Fair Avenue. And wow, check the sneek peek heaven on earth! Also signed listing agreements on another fantastic 10 acre property in the Hayman Road area! The team got together to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at shamrocks and shoot the citrus County team Video!
