Buy first or sell first? If you have kids, the answer matters more than you think. 👇

Most move-up sellers in Denver's suburbs face the same dilemma: you're selling in one competitive market while buying in another. Inventory in the $700K–$1.2M range is tight, good homes move fast, and your window is measured in days.
