There are some fabulous listings on the market right now in our local market. What does it mean for you as a buyer? There are more choices! You are more likely to find a house that you will want to live in and stay in long term. You do not have to settle for homes in an area or condition that you do not want. Houses that need work are priced to put that work in. Houses that are turn key are abundant and ready for you to just move right in.
