Some of these probably sound a little random… until you live here.
A south-facing driveway isn’t just nice to have. It’s one less thing to think about every time it snows.
Mountain views from your kitchen window have a funny way of making an ordinary Tuesday feel a little less ordinary.
A pint of Teocalli’s macha salsa to go? A staple and goes on anything. IMO
Living near a trail system means getting outside doesn’t have to be a whole production. You just lace up your shoes and go.
And being about 25 minutes from Denver, Boulder, and DIA?
That’s the one.
Convenience is one of those things you don’t fully appreciate until you have it. Being able to catch an early flight without thinking twice, meet friends for dinner in Denver, spend Saturday in Boulder, and still be home in time for the things that matter… it’s hard to put a price on.
It’s not one big thing. It’s a hundred little things that add up to a life you genuinely love.
That’s exactly why I love sharing this little corner of Colorado. 🫶
