🛑 STOP! I need to ask for your help! 🛑
I have 5 families who are looking on the NORTH side of I-70 for a new home. Here’s what they’re looking for:
1. Erie: 3+ bedrooms with a spacious yard, either a finished basement or a 3-car garage for storage.
2. Brighton: Single-story home, 2 bedrooms max, a small patio, and an HOA that handles exterior maintenance.
3. Westminster (or closer to downtown): 3 bedrooms + dedicated office space with plenty of natural light, high-speed internet, and minimal yard work.
4. North of Denver: 4+ bedrooms, fenced backyard, open-concept family room, mudroom, and a top-tier suburban school district in the $500Ks.
5. Broomfield / Westminster / Longmont: $1–2M modern estate with a high-end kitchen, spacious open floor plan, plenty of storage, and great entertaining spaces.
