Today, I want to talk about MANUFACTURED homes!

Also known as a double wide and easily confused with a modular (but thats for another day).

Did you know there are 4-5 steps required for these homes that a stick built does not require? It’s true and it can be overwhelming. It is best to have these steps completed PRIOR to listing to ensure a smooth and quick close.

I consider myself somewhat of an expert at selling manufactured homes. I have sold quite a few of them in the last 9 years. I’ve learned the process through experience and I’ve been able to teach other agents who are not so familiar with selling them.
