Jason loves running equipment! He’s mastering the potential of the equipment and himself with finessing details of shaping the landscape. We rented an excavator for several days to do important work of managing water around our house and the private road we share, upgrading trails and landscaping. Aesthetics are as important as function. Jason always says he’s mentally exhausted from thinking of all the details of the function and aesthetics 💙💙💙

Nice start on the York wood lot in Porter! Today I worked on trimming stems and limbs hanging into the truck road 💚

Once in a while I help landowners and other loggers with marking boundary lines. I’m a licensed forester with experience and not a licensed surveyor. I only mark boundaries and corners if I can find clear evidence and ideally a survey map. Yesterday I flagged 2 long lines of a 20 acre property in Otisfield, Maine. It was more challenging than I expected. Ended on a nice note with seeing my first blooming wildflower at the last corner!
(Trillium! One of my favorites 💜)
