🏡 Congratulations to Earl & Judy on the successful sale of their Allen Park home! 🎉

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of helping Earl & Judy purchase their new condo, and when it came time to sell their longtime home, we were honored they trusted us to guide them through that process as well.

The market responded immediately! Within the first four days, we had an incredible amount of showing activity that resulted in multiple offers. After reviewing the options, the choice was easy—we accepted a phenomenal offer over asking price that included an appraisal guarantee. 🙌

Of course, no real estate transaction is complete without a few surprises. The inspection uncovered some sewer line issues, but thanks to everyone's cooperation and quick action, we were able to get the problem resolved and keep the transaction moving smoothly all the way to closing day.

🏡 Congratulations to Sara on the purchase of her beautiful new condo in Bloomfield Hills! 🎉🔑

This transaction is a great reminder that sometimes finding the perfect home is only half the battle—the other half is having the patience to work through the obstacles that come along the way.

Sara found the condo she absolutely loved, but there was one major hurdle: the condo association had a one-dog limit, and Sara has two furry family members. Rather than giving up on a home she loved, we worked with the management company to submit the necessary paperwork and request approval. After several weeks of review, we received the news we were hoping for—the exception was approved, and we were able to move forward with the purchase!

As if that wasn't enough excitement, we also had to navigate an appraisal issue along the way. Thanks to the cooperation and professionalism of everyone involved, we were able to find a solution that worked for all parties and keep the transaction together.

A special thank you to the seller, Nadia - the listing agent, and John Kolb with Capital Mortgage Funding for their patience, communication, and willingness to work through every challenge with us. Transactions like these truly show what can happen when everyone is focused on finding solutions.
