Reinstalled Mobile Home skirting that had been damaged by vehicles and weather. Had to install a new bottom track into the cement. Added 4x4 cedar posts at the two corners to attach vinyl siding corner trim for a more finished look.

Installed sliding Barn Door. Have to make sure that you get that top rail level.

Severely broken toilet fl**ge repair. Fl**ge had broken part way off into concrete. Needed to demo out a hole large enough to access drain pipe to glue on new fl**ge. Two day job. Luckily there was another bathroom in the house.

Repairing water damaged fascia and soffit. Definitely more damage that you couldn’t not see. I identified the most likely cause with the drip edge and roofing and took steps to hopefully prevent future damage.
