โค๏ธ๐๐ MOODY CLINIC TOUR โ PART 7 OF 7: HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED After seven videos, weโve learned about the history, toured the therapy spaces and seen some of the incredible resources available to children and families at the Moody Clinic โ all with CEO Jessica Cuevas as our guide. So for the final part of our series, I talk directly with Jessica to answer perhaps the most important question: How can YOU get involved? And there are several answers depending on why youโre watching. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง IF YOU HAVE A CHILD WHO MAY NEED HELP Moody Clinic provides speech/language, feeding, physical and occupational therapy for children with special needs from birth through age 21. If youโre a parent, grandparent or family member who believes a child could benefit from these services, start by contacting Moody Clinic and learning more about their services and the referral process. And donโt automatically assume you canโt afford the care. Moody Clinic accepts many forms of insurance, including Medicaid, and also works with families experiencing financial difficulties or who donโt have health insurance. Financial assistance and reduced-cost programs may be available depending on a familyโs circumstances. ๐โโ๏ธ IF YOU WANT TO VOLUNTEER Maybe you donโt need Moody Clinicโs services, but youโve watched this series and thought, Iโd like to help. Theyโd love to hear from you. There are opportunities to support the organization through volunteering and special events.
