I launched my real estate career in January 2009—right in the middle of the Great Recession. My background in call center work taught me how to connect with people confidently, and I used that skill to become one of the top new agents in the market during my very first year. Driven by a desire to do more than sell homes, I earned my broker’s license just

two years later and founded Grove Realty Team, LLC, now known as GRT Realty, in 2012. From day one, I’ve focused on delivering expert guidance and top-tier service to my clients—and I’ve instilled that same commitment in the agents I train. Over the past decade, we’ve grown to become the largest independent brokerage in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, both in agent count and sales volume as of 2024 and 2025. But now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter—one focused on deeper relationships, personal attention, and truly exceptional experiences for both our clients and our team. In addition to real estate, I remain actively involved in my community. I serve on the boards of the United Way of Southern Cameron County, the Gladys Porter Zoo, and the Rancho Viejo Planning & Zoning Commission. I’m also the founder of Brownsville Living, a social media platform that’s been sharing the positive side of our community since 2010.
