Hot off the press from Texas Realtors…. One of the biggest changes in real estate in the last couple of years is pricing and matching demand. Accurate pricing from day one is more crucial than ever if you want to get the home sold in a timely fashion. When the market is a buyers market, high pricing isn’t the way to go.
