🌴 A Little Life, Real Estate & Coastal Georgia
Hello, everyone!
Lately, I’ve picked up a new hobby—and I’m having a lot of fun learning something completely new: photography! 📸
I recently started learning how to use my Canon EOS R50, and let me tell you… there is definitely a learning curve! I’m discovering all the buttons, settings, lenses, lighting, and terminology that I never really paid attention to before. But I’m enjoying the process and, most of all, I’m starting to look at our beautiful corner of Georgia a little differently.
Living and working in Brunswick and St. Simons Island, we have no shortage of things worth photographing. From beautiful sunsets and marsh views to the live oaks, beaches, historic areas, and everyday coastal moments, I’m realizing just how much beauty is right around us.
📸 My goal: to get better at photography and start sharing some of the places and moments that make the Golden Isles so special.
🏡 What I'm Seeing in Real Estate
As a Realtor, I’ll also use this newsletter to share a little of what I’m seeing in our local real estate market. Rather than overwhelming you with numbers and statistics, I’ll focus on the things that I think are actually useful to homeowners, buyers, and anyone who is simply curious about what's happening in our area.
🌊 A Little Coastal Living
One of the things I love about living here is that there is always something to discover. Whether it’s a new local spot, a beautiful view, an upcoming event, or simply a great place to watch the sunset, I’ll share some of my favorites along the way.
So, consider this newsletter a little bit of real estate, a little bit of coastal Georgia, and a little bit of me.
