Another extra special closing to celebrate! Why is it extra special, you ask? Because I got to hand the keys over to my favorite client... my boyfriend!💖

We just closed on his very first investment property and let me tell you, we are fired up🔥 Time to roll up our sleeves and bring this one back to life; now the real work begins💪 Wadsworth is a hot spot and this home has serious potential!

From employee to entrepreneur, he’s officially made the leap, diving headfirst into the world of real estate investing and home flipping. I am super excited to work together on this new adventure (and let’s be honest...I’ll be cheering and project-managing with coffee in hand☕😉).

🌵✨ JUST SOLD in Rootstown, Ohio! ✨🏡

❤️This one is extra special — it was my cousin’s home!❤️
In January, he made a bold decision: sell his home, liquidate his contractor business equipment, and start a whole new chapter in sunny Arizona with his brother! ☀️🌵

He told me he couldn’t take the cold any longer — and he meant it! 😂 But before heading southwest, he rolled up his sleeves and made this amazing home shine even brighter! He spent 2 months perfecting his home because he wanted the new buyers to move in and love it!💛

We listed at $225K on March 20, and on his birthday (March 21) — boom 💥 — under contract for $240K! 🥳Unfortunately, that deal fell through when the buyer couldn’t sell her home. A rollercoaster, yes, but we regrouped and decided to relist at $240K on April 11… and waited. 😅 Crickets.

On April 24, we went back to $225K — and just 5 days later, we were under contract again at $235K with $5K in seller concessions. A win-win situation!

💫 Sometimes it takes a little extra patience, a few pivots, and a lot of heart to get to the finish line — but we did it! I’m so proud of my cousin for chasing his dreams and SO excited for his new chapter out West.🌵 And I hope the new buyers appreciate the loving work he put into that starter home of his!
