🤰🏼2025 is the year of new beginnings!

I cannot believe it’s already almost March! 2025 is the year of new beginnings for my family!

This year, our hearts (and our home) will grow, and we couldn’t be more excited🥰

22 weeks update:
-I feel little man kicking and moving around like crazy everyday
-I crave bread more than anything
-Finding something to wear is getting more and more difficult
-Our nursery is almost finished!
-I’m not a fan of pregnancy pillows...

Yesterday we spent the day at Red Wagon Farm and had so much fun reconnecting with so many familiar faces! They had “all you can carry” pumpkins for $10!!

I don’t want to drive 35 minutes to the grocery store anymore

This is a constant complaint of mine currently😅

I go to multiple grocery stores to get what I need every week…and let me tell you it takes me a good 3 hours to get my grocery shopping done.

35 minute drive to Costco. I’ll be in Costco for a good 30+ minutes. Another 15-20 minute drive to Meijer or Buehler’s (I change it up). I’ll be in there for maybe 15-30 minutes. Then a 35 minute drive home.

I honestly can’t imagine what it would be like to hop in my car and drive 5-10 minutes down the road to my favorite grocery store…that would just be incredible

We all have our pain points with our living situation…including myself

I cannot believe it’s already May!

So far, 2024 has been an incredible year🙏🏻

The Chodaczek team has had the privilege of helping 36 families buy or sell their homes so far this year! 🙌

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do. Being able to guide and support our community through such significant milestones is incredibly rewarding!

On a personal level, I have grown so much this year 💪🏻

-Exercising at least 4 times a week
-Cold water therapy
-Prioritizing self care
-Making an extra $1,000 per month in income
-Traveling more
-Smiling more

I’m incredibly thankful and cannot wait to see what else 2024 will bring 🙏🏻💛
