Sometimes that means:

My job isn't to tell you "yes" to get a paycheck.

Everyone keeps talking about AI replacing
Realtors…

Listen... if Al wants to pull weeds, shovel snow, fix gates, clean out attics, rake leaves, deep clean a house, crawl under a crawl space, or put in a railing that is required for an FHA loan to close…

Be my guest.

The truth is, real estate is a lot less glamorous than Facebook makes it look.

Sometimes I'm hauling stuff to the dump.

Sometimes I'm making multiple trips to Home Depot in one day.

Sometimes I'm asking my husband and son to help with yard work.

None of that's in the job description... but it's part of taking care of my clients.

If your Realtor disappears after the sign goes in the yard, you deserve better.

There are a lot of things that come with being a Realtor…

Contracts.
Inspections.
Appraisals.
Negotiations.
Showings.
Emails.
Calls.
Texts.
And more texts.

But then there are the moments that remind me why I love what I do…

The "we couldn't be happier" text.
The “I can’t believe this is MY house” text.
The first set of keys.
The past client who trusts me enough to send their family my way.

Those things might look small from the outside, but they mean the world to me.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about the house. It's about the people who trusted me to be part of a really important chapter of their lives.

Inspection day🏠

I don't care if your house is a New build or a Century home, you should always get an inspection.

Every house has issues…

The goal isn't to find a perfect house, it's to know exactly what you're buying before making one of the biggest financial investments of your life.

Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to real estate.

You can renovate a house, but you can't renovate a location.

The kitchen can be updated.
Walls can come down.
Floors, fixtures, paint colors... all changeable.

But traffic?
School proximity?
The feel of the neighborhood?
Your commute?
Walkability?
The lifestyle you want day-to-day?

Those things matter way more than most people realize.

I've seen buyers pass on a great location for "more house" farther out... and regret it later when the convenience, community, and lifestyle don't match what they actually wanted.

A house can be transformed over time.
A location is the one thing you're locked into the moment you buy.

That's why I always tell my clients:
Buy the location first; the house second.
