Today marks 5 years in real estate. 🏡
And fun fact: this is the longest I’ve ever stayed in one career in my adult life.
Before real estate, I worked freelance in film for years, jumping between projects that could last anywhere from a weekend to a few months. Along the way I also worked plenty of side jobs: retail, barista, server, receptionist, and occasionally videographer. Later I spent time in publishing, where I discovered how much I loved hearing people’s stories and learning what makes our communities special.
Somewhere along the way, I realized something important. What I value most isn’t the project or job itself, it’s the people behind it.
That led me to real estate.
Every day I get to help people through big life transitions and celebrate exciting milestones. I get to listen, advise, problem-solve, and help my clients make decisions they feel confident about. And together, we work toward the outcome that’s right for them.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many wonderful people. Some of my very first clients have even become dear friends (and trivia teammates!). Watching clients reach their goals—buying their first home, selling a longtime family home, starting a new chapter—is something I never take for granted.
It hasn’t always been easy (this year has certainly had its challenges already), but I can honestly say I love this work and feel incredibly grateful for the trust, support, and friendships that have come from it.
If you’ve supported my business, trusted me to help you buy or sell, referred a friend, shared advice as a fellow Realtor, or simply cheered me on along the way — thank you. It means more than you know.
Here’s to the next 5. ✨
