the sweetest 💗

Some closings are extra special, and this one was exactly that.

After moving from Maryland to be closer to her family and her sweet new granddaughter, our buyer found the perfect place to begin her next chapter here in the Golden Isles. As a retired veteran, she has spent a lifetime serving others, and it was an honor to help guide her through the process of purchasing her very first new construction home.

From the first point of contact to closing, this journey took about four months, including three months under contract. Every step was worth it to see her officially settle into a home built for this next season of life.

A special thank you to Anna Hammock for running point on this transaction, along with Will Duckworth and Rebecca Strother for their collaboration in helping bring this one to the closing table.

Welcome home!
