The Brunswick Business Center is a shared office facility with full-time reception and administrative support services. We are looking for a per diem receptionist who can fill in as needed to cover vacations, callouts, sick days, and other needs that may arise.

The primary responsibility for this role is to promptly answer multi-phone lines and assist callers, as well as handle all walk-ins in a friendly, professional manner. Additionally, you may need to rent out office space to drop-ins, or provide tours of the building.

We are looking for someone who has reliable open availability (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm) to be able to cover a shift on short notice and who is a people-person. Receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.

Note to students: We are able to accommodate students' virtual class schedules - you may step into one of our vacant offices for class and return to the reception desk when finished.

The Brunswick Business Center is conveniently located in downtown Brunswick just steps away from the post office, banks, restaurants and shops. There’s plenty of free parking surrounding our building, and your name prominently displayed on our building signage surely won’t be missed by the steady flow of cars passing by.

1. Do I really need my own space?

Maybe you’re ready to have your own space full-time, or maybe you only need it part-time. Lucky for you, the Brunswick Business Center has four basic packages you can choose from depending on your business needs.

You can start small and work your way up as your business develops and your needs change. Ask about our full-time, part-time, drop-in and virtual options!

2. How much space do I really need?

It’s okay if you’re not entirely sure! At BBC you can move to a bigger or smaller space and all of your information (phone #, suite # / address) follows you!

If you occasionally need more space, you can drop into a larger office or take advantage of one of our conference rooms

Perhaps you do not need physical space at all--you can use the BBC for receiving mail and occasional drop-in customers, or to personally answer your phone, or both!

1. What are the upfront costs?
A security deposit of one month’s rent and a one-time setup fee, dependent on the office package you choose, is all the Brunswick Business Center requires upfront.

2. What’s included? Utilities / amenities
At the Brunswick Business Center we offer a multitude of amenities all included in your rental package - everything from full-time reception, copier services, phone & internet, to coffee and parking!

3. Can I really afford this?
We offer a wide range of flexible packages to fit any financial situation. You can mix and match our basic services to build a package that best suits your needs. Besides a full-time lease, you can use an office or meeting room on a set part-time schedule, or lease hours that you use at your convenience.
