We’ve seen many houses. Some became very quickly out of reach due to demand. It can cause frustration. It can cause doubt. Then the reason for the disappointment reveals itself. a house in the desired community hits the market. A chance meeting of the neighbors with so much in common makes them feel at home. Sold for an incredible $73,000 over asking price!
I walked the home and gave suggestions to improve marketability. The sellers executed on the items.

We positioned the home to attract multiple buyers. After reviewing many offers. Two stood out. It never feels good to disappoint anyone but the buyers’ chosen offer were meant to have this home. They made an offer several years ago on this home and unfortunately lost out to the now sellers. They weren’t about to let this home slip by them again. They had very aggressive competition yet two weeks later, they are the proud owners of this home.

They were referred to me because the referring individual knew I would take the time to walk them through the process, truly listen and answer any and all questions before we even step foot in a house. Why? Too often agents jump to showing homes before they even understand the clients goals, their experience level and ever explaining the costs beyond down payment.

I firmly believe knowledge is power and understanding where you are, where you are going and what to expect is paramount!

The result: these buyers are now under contract on an off market property that meets all of their needs in the perfect location for their circle and support system within days of us meeting!

My clients reached out with a desire to find land and build their next home, raise highland cows, some other farm animals and have a more laidback lifestyle. They don’t just want the land for them, they want it for their children to build their homes as well. A place their grandchildren can just run over and take care of and love on the animals. A place where family makes memories, where tablets and gaming stations are left to sit a little while longer and running in the pasture pretending to be a super hero and climbing a tree to be on the lookout for sneaky villains is a favorite pastime.

This search wasn’t just a next step, it’s a life goal. A family estate to pass down.

Today my clients are that much closer to that life goal. We secured an off market property that is the perfect setting for their homestead.

They relocated here from out of state. We had a short time to find them the right home so we made the whirlwind tour. The Mrs. a champ moving quickly with a newborn at the time.

Now it’s time for them to relocate again.
