Congratulations to my client, St. Moritz Security Services, for closing a deal on new office space at Rockside Plaza in Parma, Ohio. They were able to get everything they were looking for in an office, and got it for 30% less then they would have paid just 1 mile from office properties located at Rockside & I-77. And even though they're headquartered in Pittsburgh, they signed the deal anyway!
