🏡 Major updates to appraisal reporting are here! Are you familiar with UAD 3.6?
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 introduces a redesigned appraisal report, more standardized property information, and clearer condition and quality descriptions. These changes will affect how appraisal information is collected, reported, and reviewed.

Happy Hump Day! 🐪 The weekend is almost here, but we’re making the most of the week at Golden Isles Association of Realtors !

This morning, we hosted Session 5 of the GIAR Leadership Academy, where participants learned ALL THINGS GIAR! Our CEO, Lauren Betancur-Zinskie, led the class and brought in current and past leaders for a panel discussion, sharing their experiences and answering questions.

A huge thank you to Trena Smith-Smyth—ask her how she got her name! 😉—for sponsoring a delicious nacho bar catered by Bubba Garcia’s! 🌮🧀

This afternoon, Robert Kozlowski led the third session of his Contract Deep Dive Series, focusing on Georgia Financing Exhibits and helping members build their knowledge and confidence in working with contracts.
