So exciting.

We are SO excited for the Grand Opening of the Orange Square Splash Pad coming up this Friday, June 14 from 10 AM to 1 PM. We expect quite a crowd and have some parking information to share for that day.

We will be utilizing the NE corner of Orange Square, off Ellis St., for parking. The parking area will be clearly marked and roped off and will have City personnel present to help direct traffic and to make sure everyone stays safely out of any area where cars will be driving or parking. L Street from Ellis St. to Reynolds St. will be closed for the event, so detours will also be clearly marked in that area.

If you choose to park on surrounding city streets, please be mindful not to park in front of any driveways or mailboxes, and do not double park on any city streets. We want this day to be one everyone can enjoy and ask that you don’t impact the surrounding neighborhoods with improper parking. As always, please watch out for kids (and adults!) who will be walking in the area!
