Cynthia Robinson: Realtor at Coldwell Banker Access Realty Let Me Help You Create Your Story With A Home Near The Seaside I grew up in Middle, GA. My father and mother worked at Robins Air Force Base.

I stayed with my maternal Grandmother while my parents worked. My Grandparents owned a general store that sold everything from canned goods to staples and cheese from a cheese hoop. The store also sold ci******es, lunch, sandwich fixings, and BC powder for occasional headaches. There was always a Claxton fruit cake for which people bought punches at Christmas. There was a meat cooler, pinball mach

ines, ice cream cases, soda pop, and comic books. There were also those old-time gas pumps. Being at the store taught me a lot about working with people. A little of everyone visited the store for one purchase or another. My Grandmother was an excellent businesswoman, and she taught me a lot. She started buying up rental properties when I was very young. She constantly filled my head with her wisdom and knowledge. She also taught me that ethics and hard work were the keys to success. The riches of her and my granddad's knowledge were a springboard for my career. Granddad drilled wells and frequently took me along. I listened to what they said and am so grateful for their wisdom. Both of my grandparents were animal lovers, and both loved their fellow man. "Treat people the way you wish to me treated and it will come back to you," they both said. They also taught me to give back to the community and
God. We all went to church, no questions asked. When I decided on a career, real estate was calling my name. Helping people find a home brought joy and happiness and felt so natural to me. I had always loved people and had witnessed the golden rule in action. I established my career in Middle Ga and loved the community's friendliness. I had a church home, community activities like Eastern Star, Choir, Ushering at the Grand Opera House, and many other charitable activities. But 3 years ago, I met another realtor, and he won my heart. Although I thought I'd always live in Middle Ga. Suddenly, I am visiting the Golden Isles (Brunswick, Ga). I still have wonderful friends in Middle Ga but relocated to the coast. There is much to offer here (beautiful St Simons and Jekyll Island). The beauty of the location can sometimes take your breath away; the history here connects you to this place, and yes, the people are friendly Southern folks, too. My now husband and I work in the same office. We both volunteer for the community through Coldwell Banker and sell houses. I also write children's stories. I would love to help you write your story if you relocate here to Brunswick or the Golden Isles.
