Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, Kameron has helped close multiple transactions, including managing the site selection and entitlement process for residential developments in Palm Beach County, Florida. In addition, Kameron currently serves as Managing Partner of Hotel Simone on Saint Simons Island, where is leading a full-scale repositioning and condotel redevelopment, further underscoring a unique understanding of both residential and hospitality-focused real estate.
Beyond real estate, Kameron is a dedicated community advocate. Kameron currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County, the City of Brunswick Planning and Appeals Commission, and as President-Elect of the Golden Isles Rotary Club.
