✨ JUST SOLD! ✨

Some homes are meant to find the right family… and this was one of them.

My buyers & I had looked at quite a few homes but nothing ever felt quite right. We decided to expand the search area & that’s when this one hit the market.

Knowing there were already multiple offers, we scheduled a last-minute showing so we could see it before offers were due. The second my buyer walked through the front door, they knew. This wasn’t just another house - it was the home they had been waiting for.

From there, everything moved incredibly fast.

✅ Under contract on a Tuesday.
✅ Inspections that Friday.
✅ Appraisal the following Monday.

It truly was a dream team working together to keep everything moving forward. Every step of the process felt seamless because everyone worked together with the same goal in mind.

Nobody is coming to build your dream for you.

Not next year.

For us, that looks like building a bathroom vanity & painting a flip house at 9 PM on a Monday night.

One late night.
