🏡✨ THIRD TIME’S A CHARM! ✨🏡

Yesterday’s closing was an extra special one! I had the privilege of helping the sweetest military family close on their new home — and here’s the crazy part…

This is the THIRD time I’ve closed on this very same house! 😂🔑

At this point, I think this house
and I are officially old friends! I’ve watched different families call it home, make memories there, and then pass the keys along for someone else to begin their next chapter.

And I’d say the third time really IS a charm, because today those keys went to the sweetest military family, and I couldn’t be happier for them! 🇺🇸❤️

One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to help our military families make a new place feel like HOME. They move where they’re called, often leaving family and familiarity behind, and trusting me to help them find the right place is something I never take lightly.
Congratulations to this wonderful family on their new home and their next adventure! 🏡❤️🔑

And to this house… I have a feeling this won’t be the last time we meet at the closing table. 😂
