A new proposed PUD development is under review for West Greeley. The 882 acres are south of Highway 34 and between Hwy 257 and CR 17. A mix of residential, commercial and industrial are planned. Preliminary plans includes a range of 2,418 to 5,841 residential units, including single-family detached, courtyard single-family detached, duplexes, townhomes and multi-family housing. Right now, Kerr-McGee/Anadarko are pushing back as they claim future development of their mineral assets will be limited and their asset value lost. More details can be found in the article below.
