Located in Bryan, Ohio, Horizon features ten, one-bedroom units. This permanent, supportive housing community serves qualifying, mental health consumers and is staffed 24 hours a day by a team of caring individuals. Horizon Apartments also houses NHDC's offices. This project was built in 1997 and made possible by partnerships with Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), and Four County ADAMhs Board.
