Exciting progress continues at Colony Landing as Phase 1, our 150-unit Class A multifamily development, moves forward!

What makes this project especially exciting for us is the long-term vision behind the full development. Phase 2 will focus on office and retail space designed to support the continued growth happening throughout the surrounding area and create a more connected mixed-use environment over time.

As development continues progressing, we’ve already started having more conversations with investors around the vision for Phase 2 and the opportunity behind the office retail portion of the project.

Today, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is a meaningful reminder that freedom comes at a cost, and we’re grateful for those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to something greater than themselves.

As a veteran owned and operated company, this day carries special meaning to our team. Wayne Courreges III, Managing Principal, proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from 2003–2007, and we remain deeply appreciative of all who have served and sacrificed for our country.
