With Tropical Storm Edouard approaching, Wayne spent some time at Luxe 20x50 today checking each unit and making sure the entry doors and roll-up doors are properly sealed before the weather gets here. It’s not complicated work, but it matters. If we can catch something today that could prevent a leak or a problem for one of our tenants tomorrow, it’s worth the time!

This is part of the active work behind passive investing. Our investors trust us to handle the day-to-day ownership and operation of these properties, and sometimes that means getting out there and taking care of the little things before they have the chance to become bigger ones.

You don’t always see this side of real estate investing, but it’s an important one!

A full table, familiar faces, new connections, and plenty of great conversation. That’s exactly what we hoped for from our investor dinner in The Woodlands!

We loved catching up with investors who have been part of the CREI Partners community and welcoming new faces to the table. These dinners give us the opportunity to step away from the emails and Zoom calls, have real conversations, and continue building the relationships that matter so much to us.

Yesterday was a great day to get the team together in Austin and spend some time looking ahead at what’s next for CREI Partners.

We were also fortunate to have James Nall and Shannon Singler join us, two people who have become an important part of helping CREI continue to grow and move forward. Having the right people around the table matters, and we’re grateful for the perspective, ideas, and support they continue to bring to our team.

There’s a lot we’re excited about as we look toward the future of CREI Partners, and days like yesterday make us even more excited about where we’re headed.
