COVID-19 Update:


Out of Abundance of caution, we are locking our office door starting immediately.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm
(closed for lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm)

We are looking for someone who will make a great first impression on our guests, as they will be the first person our clients see. This position is responsible for:

Routing calls to team members on duty – Check for voicemails left on answering machine. Email urgent messages to team members from missed calls or walk-ins.
Opening office and closing office – Front door is unlocked when office is opened and all doors are locked at the end of business day. (Same goes when closing for lunch)
Notifying tenants via email/phone regarding notice of entrance of property. Issuing lease violations/warnings per instructions given by management.
Performing accounts receivable duties – Responsible for collecting rent payments dropped off in person or in night drop box and entering rent/vendor payments into the correct property accounts. Ensure all rent payments and/or other checks are deposit into the bank system on the same day that they are received.
Notify all properties regarding delinquencies via email.
Check out and return property keys using KeyTrak
Receive mail deliveries and give to the Property Manager immediately or before the end of business day.
The Receptionist will be the face for our high volume, Class A Real Estate Property Management and Development Office in Bryan/College Station. They will need a professional look, attire and demeanor. They must be able to remain level headed and poised in occasional stressful situations. The Receptionist must be capable of handling multiple phone lines, multi-tasking, being diligent in follow up, having a positive attitude and paying attention to detail.

Experience/Education:
Experience is not necessary as we will train thoroughly on our specific operations.
High School diploma required. Some college or a college degree preferred.

Compensation:
Base of $12.00 to $15.00 an hour DOQ
*salary position possible DOQ

I moved in August, 2019 and it has been almost 3 months and I have not had any issues with anything. Hope it stays the same.
I have had couple of things breaking down and upon request the situation was promptly rectified.
Overall quality of facilities in the flat are amazing. I wish the club facilities were a bit better (saw a frog enjoying the swimming pool the other day). But then with this price I knew that the club will not be that amazing.
The internet and cable is included which is an added plus. Utilities have been around $50-$60 a month so far for 1st floor flat with two occupants, one of whom stays home the whole day, which is not that bad.
I strongly recommend anybody looking for a quite, peaceful, family friendly, modern and clean accommodation.

Place is beautiful, closer to campus. Very well maintained home. Very good and responsive staff. Only concern is general maintenance is slow & needs reminder
