Full Time Assistant Maintenance Needed! Main Apartments

Wage Status: DOE/Hourly

Job Responsibilities:
•Preferred candidate will have experience of turnkey in the apartment industry.
•Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have working knowledge of appliance repair/replacement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paint and drywall repair, trouble shooting, pool maintenance, shampoo machines.
•Must be organized and have good communication skills.
•Preferred candidate will have experience in property maintenance. Please mention any certificates that you may have such as HVAC
•Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
•Assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.

We are seeking a full-time porter/groundskeeper here at College Main Apartments!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position helps to enhance the curb appeal for the community.
Ensures all areas of the property are clean and safe and always in "tour condition."
Provides outstanding customer service at all times.
Maintains neat dumpster area.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Performs light maintenance when required.
Maintains all exterior common areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Helps with some light cleaning duties
Cleans grounds.
Picks up trash around property.
Empties dumpsters into the trash compactor.
Performs pressure washing on building exterior.
Assists with outside improvements like painting curbs.
