Today, Oldham Goodwin has grown into a robust integrated commercial real estate firm offering brokerage, development and management services to emerging markets throughout the country. Starting the day with movement, energy, and a lot of fun.

Another highlight from this year’s Oldham Goodwin Hospitality Leadership Conference was our morning workout led by Nancy Torres, Executive Housekeeper at our Courtyard New Braunfels River Village hotel.

Nancy brought incredible energy to the room with a high-energy Zumba class that had our teams dancing, laughing, and connecting before a full day of sessions and workshops. Her enthusiasm and leadership created such a memorable way to kick off the day and reminded us that hospitality is about bringing people together, and having fun while doing it.
