Bryan/College Station Apartment Association BCSAA formed in 1973. BCSAA is a local affiliate of the TX Apt Assoc & National Apt Assoc., serving Our office will be closed during those times.

Our hours are as mentioned, however, from time to time, we do host lunch meetings, other events or conduct property visits. We make every effort to be available during our regular office hours. If we missed you, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will post a change of hours via member emails and our social media pages.

❗We can now share! The city of College Station is finalizing an agreement to bring Bass Pro Shops to Aggieland. It would go up next to Costco along Highway 6. Right now opening is set for 2028.
