All closings are special, BUT when you get to help a longtime friend purchase a home for his adorable family, it’s just a little EXTRA special 🫶🏼⁣
A HUGE thank you & congrats goes out to Shannon & Myranda on the purchase of their home in Alexander! I’ve know Shannon since we were young kids. Although neither one of us grew up in central Arkansas both of our adult lives have led us to this area. When Shannon & Myranda decided it was time to purchase a house to call home here in Central AR, he reached out to me to help him get started! After getting pre-approved by Jake Arey we started the house hunt! I was 8+ months pregnant but we searched and searched for THE perfect house. 🤰 ⁣
Finally, we were able to find them an adorable house, in a quiet neighborhood that is only minutes away from Shannons work & a really convenient drive for Myranda- literally perfect! Once we went under contract, we were scheduled for an inspection with Matthew Muehlerwith OnPoint Homes Inspections OCA; Well, I ended up going into labor the morning of the inspection 🫣 so a big thank you also goes out to Brooke Rupple for stepping in and attending the inspection and finalizing everything on the transaction while I was with my new baby 💛⁣
