SCARA’s very own Amy Hubbard, took to the stage to represent us alongside, 25 other well deserving local REALTOR of the Year’s. She exited the stage as Arkansas REALTORS Association’s REALTOR of the Year! CONGRATULATIONS Amy!

Amy has many attributes and accomplishments, among them are: chairperson of SCARA’s Education Committee. This year this committee formed SCARA’s first ever, Scholarship Fund. She is managing Broker at Halsey Real Estate Group. Amy is a graduate the ARA’s GRLA program and current zone Director on the ARA Board of Director’s. She opened her own Real Estate School, where she is an instructor. She and her family founded Hub Holiday Hearts, a non profit that provides Thanksgiving and Christmas presents to local families. They deliver the gifts personally to each household.

SCARA is extremely proud of Amy Hubbard. ARA 2026 REALTOR of the Year!

SCARA’s Sept. General Membership Mtg was jam packed with pertinent information, RPAC contributions, check presentations and EXCITEMENT about the upcoming ARA Convention, of which CARMLS is the PREMIER sponsor once again!

Our guest speaker was Rick Bertram, Realtor and Appraiser who shared some important changes to the appraisal process. Great information to know to get to appraisers about the property listed so the transaction process can be streamlined. INFORMATION is key and providing information prior to appraisers going to the property is more important than ever! Thank you Rick, for your insight and expertise!

Amy Hubbard, is excited and ready to represent SCARA at the ARA Convention as our ROY! We are ALL looking forward to celebrate her representing us!

Bekka and Brook of EMPACT ONE Foundation graciously accepted SCARA REN Committee’s fundraising efforts for their organization. They are such a strong benefit to our community. EMPACT ONE provides necessary sports equipment and advocates so that more kids can participate in sporting events and GET MOVING! Thank you, for ALL YOU DO IN OUR COMMUNITY.

ARA Leadership were also in attendance to share excitement for upcoming ARA Convention in Branson Sept 13-16. Thank you to current ARA President, Phillip Jones, 2025 ARA President, Wes Freeman, 2027 ARA Sec/Tres. Susan Vaught and SCARA’s Frankie Rivers for taking time out of your hectic schedules to be with us!
