🏡 CLOSED on Franklin Grove! 🎉

This closing feels a little extra special. 💜

These two aren’t just clients…they’re friends. They’ve known my husband for about 10 years, and I’ve been lucky enough to call them friends for about 9. So when they trusted me to represent them in selling their home, it meant more to me than they probably realize.

There were plenty of moving pieces along the way—a few scrambles, a couple rounds of notaries, and at least two big batches of potato soup 😂. But hey, we made it to the closing table! I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent them and help get this one across the finish line.

And a big shoutout to Rebekah, the buyer’s agent, for being so great to work with throughout the transaction. Communication was timely, everything stayed organized and streamlined, and it was truly a collaborative effort from start to finish.
