Storytime! 🎉 My buyer’s offer, closing in early March, beat out two other offers. Even though it was nearly $20,000 less than the highest bid 🫣! This just goes to show that having an agent who’s not only working in your best interest, but also understands market trends and how to create the best outcome for everyone, makes all the difference. It’s not always about the highest price; it’s about the right strategy my friends.
