There are moments in real estate that remind me this is so much more than buying and selling houses.

This weekend, as I walked through a property with my clients, I listened as they talked about where they would build their home and the memories they hoped to create there. In that moment, it stopped being just about the land—it became the place they could call home.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude. I never take for granted the trust my clients place in me to walk alongside them during one of life’s biggest decisions.

God continues to remind me that this business is about serving people, building relationships, and helping families step into the next chapter He has prepared for them. It is truly a blessing to witness these moments firsthand.

2026 Homestead Exemption Reminder

Georgia homeowners:
Don’t forget to file your Homestead Exemption by April 1, 2026.
This exemption may help lower your property tax bill on your primary residence. If you purchased a home in 2025 or have not previously filed, now is the time to take care of it.

⚠️ Important: If your property is located within city limits, you may also need to apply for a city homestead exemption in addition to the county exemption.
