Was a proud sponsor of the BLYC’s 2026 Sailing for a Cure Fundraiser for Cancer. It was especially poignant, as it would have been my Mom’s birthday. We lost her to colon cancer when I was in my 20’s. Mom would have been 100 years old this year, had she lived. I have lost many friends over the years to cancer, but losing my mother was the toughest. The yacht club had a great fundraiser and is a wonderful way to support all those touched by cancer. Thanks for all the hard work that went into this event!
