Congratulations are in order to an amazing family who closed on their gorgeous new home. What started off as a 4 month build time, quickly turned into 10 months...Let's face it, purchasing a home in this market is tough and buying new construction isn't always as simple as looking at a floor plan or model home and signing off on it. There are ALOT of moving parts and details that have to be attended too! My clients build came to a complete stop for over 4 months due to covid, increased lumber prices, supply and labor shortages etc. Moral of the story for anyone looking to buy/build in this market, PATIENCES is the key. Plusssss having an amazing realtor (ME) 🤗 that will remain dedicated to you...

We were able to lock this down for only $1500 🤯 once the builder paid ALL closing cost. With such low inventory around the valley, many of my clients are turning to new builds to avoid multiple offer situations and to ensure they get exactly what they want in their home. There are so many great perks to building your home from scratch, especially for first time home buyers who may not have the funds to cover closing cost. It's the last official Monday of the year....and what a year it has been!

This year has been a year of tremendous growth, understanding and stepping into my power. Despite all the chaos, I am extremely grateful for the challenges it has brought. I have personally experienced mishaps in both my personal and professional worlds this year...But I am a true believer of resilience and if this year has taught me nothing else, it has taught me I am strong AF, I am a survivor and I will preserver no matter the odds stacked against me!

I am closing out the year blessed and grateful to all my past and current clients. Moving into a new year, with good intentions and a pure heart, my goal is to continue to shed my light, my knowledge and to be of service to you, the best way I can!
