was an urban hike that allowed me to view a variety of scenery in 2 miles. I love all the views I can experience in Buckeye. I'm a few hikes behind in my but I've got big plans for June and hiking adventures. By God's grace things will work out.

My morning started in a most inspiring way. I attended the Dr Martin Luther King Jr Scholarship Breakfast in Buckeye. It was my first time attending but it will be on my calendar in the future.

I'm sharing a sampling of the inspirational messages. I was truly blessed and inspired to hear from Vocational Education students that were former recipients of a scholarship, city and area leaders, and the riveting keynote message from Dr Warren Stewart who worked on getting AZ to have Dr King's birthday recognized as a national holiday. The idea of keeping the dream alive resonates with me. At the times we are living in now, it was a right on time message.
