Another chapter in the homeownership journey for my sweet first-time home buyer clients.

The first home we went under contract on wasn't the right fit after inspections revealed some major ticket items that would have been a significant expense down the road. While it was disappointing at the time, sometimes the right house isn't the first house and that's okay.

Fast forward to today, and we're officially under contract on another home and through inspection. Watching my clients stay patient, trust the process, and find a home that feels like a better fit has been incredibly rewarding.

There's still work to do, but today we're celebrating this milestone and looking forward to closing day. ❤️🔑
