Sometimes your next clients literally walk through the front door. 😂🏡

I met these buyers while I was cleaning one of my listings in Lacey. They walked right in and asked if they could buy the house.

I had to tell them, “Well… no. It’s already sold. 😂 But I can help you find another one!”

And that’s exactly what we did.

A dozen-ish showings, two contracts, and a whole lot of moving pieces later… WE CLOSED TODAY! 🔑🎉

And when I say we moved FAST! We went from contract to close in just 11 DAYS, including an inspection AND appraisal. 😮‍💨

The best part? They bought this home for their daughter. ❤️

From randomly walking into my listing while I was cleaning it to handing them the keys to a home for their family… you truly never know where your next real estate story is going to begin.

Some closings are easy.

This was not one of them. 😂

This one took 4 times under contract.
Hundreds of miles of driving.
Countless hours searching.
Inspections. Negotiations. Phone calls. Problem solving. Starting over. And then starting over again.

There were plenty of moments when this one was frustrating and exhausting for all of us.

Because sometimes real estate is hard. Sometimes being an agent means delivering bad news, going back to the drawing board, driving another 100 miles, writing another offer and reminding your clients that we are not settling just because this process has been difficult.

And today, we CLOSED. 🏡❤️

At the end of the day, my goal isn't just to get my clients into a house, it's to get them into the right house. Sometimes that takes a few tries.

My clients trusted me through every twist, setback and “you've got to be kidding me” moment of this journey. They deserved someone who was going to keep showing up, keep fighting for them and keep going until we got to the finish line.

Today, we did exactly that.

Four contracts later… WELCOME HOME. 🥹🔑

This is the part of real estate that doesn't always make it to social media and it's also the part that makes closing day mean so damn much.

There’s something extra special about this one. ❤️
