11 years ago today, Jennifer and I bought our first home with the help of Dennis Folk as our real estate agent, and Richard Charlton as our loan officer. Who would have thought 11 years later, we would leave corporate America to be in the real estate industry.

My wife is a licensed real estate agent/transaction coordinator with Terrafin Real Estate, working with Dennis. She also works as branch admin with Fairway Mortgage.

I’m a licensed loan officer with Fairway Mortgage, working with Richard and his business partner Cj Fathers, and am a general contractor/real estate entrepreneur with my own company, Get It Done Investments LLC. “Anything is possible!”

Last night, we celebrated another year with Terrafin; I’m proud to see how far Dennis has come, from working with Gateway to owning his own brokerage! Terrafin has allowed Team Schaewe to expand and I’m proud of everything Stephanie and Kristine have accomplished!

I've watched Richard and CJ go from being the branch manager of one branch, to being the branch managers of 3 branches, all with amazing people surrounding them. Saturday we will be celebrating the year with Fairway; we can’t wait to see everyone and have a great time.
