We are able to take an “un-inhabitable or undesirable” house, that wouldn’t have otherwise been an available home on the market, and make it something beautiful again.

Had to rearrange the layout on this one a bit. Even turned the existing kitchen into a covered back porch instead. But we made the most of all 820sq ft of this quaint little home, and it turned out adorable, functional, and perfect! 🤩

So here was a fun one..! Check out these recent before & afters. We actually bought this one from another investor who had too much on his plate. Within a few months this one got to be called home to its new young family! 🫶🏼 I love meeting them at the closing table and seeing who gets to love, appreciate & give these homes a whole new life.
