Did you know you can sell your house without listing it on the market or 'for sale by owner'?

I'm Brooke, a real estate investor AND realtor- so I'm here to talk to you about the different options.

Listing on the market with an agent is the most common way to sell a property. And I'm happy to help you with that! But what if you don't want to pay a realtor, or have a bunch of showings, or your house isn't exactly market-ready?

Queue option 2- sell it to me directly. I can buy it exactly how it sits, you do nothing, it can be a done deal on your time line.. 10 days from now or 6 months, whatever you need. Why? because I like to buy houses I can fix & resale or keep them as rentals and I don't have to use long bank processes that would hold things up.

Got other sticky situations that might affect selling either of these ways? We have plenty of creative strategies up our sleeves and I'm confident we can find something that works for you.
