Creative Marketing Specialist There I was able to fine tuned the ability to create a buzz through clever marketing tactics and perfected the craft of polishing each property into a product that can outshine the rest. If you ask my clients, I would hope they would say my attention to detail and to customer satisfaction is likely my trademark, but I have a feeling that they would likely mention how comfortable I make them feel about this very personal process. From the beginning in mapping out your needs and wants, to the end when my clients are handed the keys to the home they have been dreaming of, I focus on making sure we have a plan, are prepared, and educated about the process of buying a home. I think this makes my clients feel more comfortable about such an important investment. I also think a few of them enjoy the free decorating tips! After becoming a veteran to the marketing aspects of real estate, and an experienced home stager, I continued my education to become a full fledged agent, so I have a very interesting understanding and perspective of how the home selling and buying process works. Now, I am is excited to be teamed up with Jason Tarr and the Keller Williams family, where I have even more experience and nation wide resources backing me! This year I have extended my reach to specialize in the South Austin, Buda, Kyle and the San Marcos Real Estate markets. As a Keller Williams affiliated agent I intends to devote my free time to continue training at every opportunity I get so that I can be even more beneficial to my clients! I currently live in Buda, in the Garlic Creek Subdivision, where I am thrilled to be raising our family. I am the mother of a spirited 3 year old “ginger baby”, named Ashlyn Faith and a 5 month old baby boy named Jayce. My husband and I met in High School and re-united with almost a decade later, after his tour to Iraq as a United States Marine. Now that his active duty is over, he volunteers as Fire Fighter for the Buda Fire Department in his spare time, in addition to lovingly tackling any DIY project that I can come up with. We have been and continued to be very blessed with our 2 children manage to challenge and fill our hearts daily. We are also pet lovers in addition to parents 2 Golden Retrievers named Lady Bug and Tatum, a Jack Rusell named Lola and a Yorkie/Mix named Princess, who I am convinced are all managed by extremely outgoing, black ragamuffin cat named Cricket!
