Don’t judge me on posting my promo link. I’m sharing this because I’m trying to make money to help pay the amount owed after my mom got ripped off by a . She was taken for $10,000. My mom took out a loan from the same bank the scammer was pretending to represent to pay it off. With interest of course. I have kept this story to myself because it makes me so mad and sad that this happened. My mom is a really nice lady and she can’t afford to lose ten thousand dollars being on a fixed income. If anybody wants to know what happened let me know. If you see my mom, please don’t ask her about it. We are just glad it wasn’t a larger amount.

Here’s the thing: they used the caller ID of the bank somehow and the scammer guy on the other end of the phone did not have an accent and knew what he was doing. It breaks my heart that my 74 year old mom was taken advantage of like that. She didn’t even want to tell me about it because she was so embarrassed and upset.

I will be adding items to my Poshmark closet, eBay and Mercari regularly. Depop too, but I need to work on that one. I kind of specialize in Coach purses but there’s other stuff on there too. Madeleine’s Story

I began my career in real estate over three years ago. Eager to hit the ground running after I was officially a licensed real estate agent; I joined Apatrment Experts on South Lamar in Austin. This great location and steady mentorship program allowed me to learn just about all there is to know about apartment living and leasing. Over time my product knowledge grew and I was able to help people find their new apartment homes quickly and with a better price than expected. I still enjoy apartment locating when I’m asked for my help or given a referral. From South Austin to San Marcos I know my apartment homes!

In December of 2017 I chose to take the big leap and join Coldwell Banker. I’ve heard about this brokerage all my life and its recognizable name has now become part of mine. I am Madeleine Kolbe, Realtor at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, Realtors. Being a new agent in this brokerage means I am thoroughally trained and educated in all parts of the client representation process.
