Former Top Producer at Nemont Realty to Focus on Single, Multi-Family, and Probate

ingle family and multi-family homes as well as probate sales.
“After doing this for 7 years, I decided it was time to hang my own shingle,” said Ward. “Nothing is more personal than buying or selling a home, so I figured that it would be best for my clients if I started my own company, to help reduce the stress for all involved in a complex transaction.”
Prior to working in real estate, Ward had a career in home building along with mediation resolution and negotiations. This experience has served him well in real estate, where multiple parties often have to come to agreement on potentially thorny issues. Ward is considered to be a light-hearted, easygoing realtor, though highly capable of getting clients the terms they want in challenging negotiations.
